SCP Auctions features The Myland Collection among its prestigious “Notable Collections and Estates”, alongside renowned names like The Red Auerbach Collection, Richard Angrist Collection, and The Julius Erving Collection.

Here’s a short list of iconic past and present-day memorabilia from The Myland Collection:

• Muhammad Ali Fight Worn Robe obtained from Harlan Werner, CEO of Sports Placement Service and Muhammad Ali’s agent for many years.
• Lou Gehrig 1927 Game Used Bat (Graded Mears Perfect 10).
• Original May 7th 1900 National League Baseball Contract. The actual agreement between all 10 clubs, leading to the creation of the Chicago Cubs.
• 1951 New York Yankees World Series Ring (Phil Rizzuto inscription).

In 2006, Sotheby’s New York hosted the “Important Sports Memorabilia and Cards” Auction, showcasing some of Myland’s most coveted pieces, including Hank Aaron’s 1954 Milwaukee Braves rookie road jersey. A portion of the proceeds from this sale were dedicated to supporting Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.
